LINE WORKER

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist Line Operators in the packing of product. This individual should have an eye for detail. This is the last check in production, critical for quality checks. A willingness to adhere to strict quality standards is essential.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pack product at end of production line, assisting line operators, following Good Manufacturing Process practices. Work with minimal supervision. Attention to product and packaging details and quality. Must be safety conscious with respect to operating equipment and work practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two year of manufacturing or machine operation experienced
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing basic math skills and audit paperwork.
  • SHA Lockout / Tagout Compliance Training completion
  • Ability to effectively adapt to change.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Demonstrate good time management and prioritization of duties.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time; to work in confined areas, to lift up to 50 lbs. or more.
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary.

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK CONDITIONS
Normally standing/walking with freedom of movement on a regular basis. Ability to lift 50 lbs. 60+ lbs. require lift with a partner. Frequent physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting and stooping.

OUR HVAC air handling is equipped with an Ionization System that is confirmed to inactivate COVID-19. Work-stations, including production are designed to have 6' of social distancing.
